They claim there was an issue with Wyzes AWS partner negatively impacting gear connection and caused login difficulties.
However, looking at theAWS Health Dashboard website, not a single issue was reported in the last week.
Everythings fine as far as the North American servers are concerned.
Apparently, this was triggered by a web caching issue.
